For Players
  • Always show respect to teammates, opponents, coaches, referees, and fans.

  • Play fairly, honestly, and with good sportsmanship.

  • Attend all practices and games on time, ready to give your best effort.

  • Listen carefully to coaches and follow their instructions.

  • Take responsibility for your actions and learn from mistakes.

  • Encourage and support all players, not just your own child.

  • Show respect for all coaches, referees, and players at all times.

  • Refrain from coaching your child or other players during practices and games.

  • Help foster a positive and supportive team environment.

  • Address any concerns in a respectful and appropriate manner with the coaching staff.

  • Serve as positive role models for all players.

  • Create an inclusive, safe, and fun learning environment.

  • Teach the values of teamwork, respect, and perseverance.

  • Communicate clearly and positively with players and parents.

  • Focus on the development of each player, both athletically and personally.

Concussions, Hydratation & Protective equipment

Concussions

Player safety is our top priority. We follow strict guidelines to prevent concussions and take every precaution to keep the game safe for everyone.

Hydratation

Hydration is essential for performance and safety. Every player must bring water to practice. We take this seriously and enforce it at every session.

Protective Gear

Proper gear is required at every practice & game. Helmets, pads, and mouthguards help keep players safe.

WEATHER POLICY

We monitor weather closely to keep players safe. Practices may be delayed or canceled for lightning, heat, or severe conditions.

Lightning & Thunder
  • We suspend activities at the first sign of thunder or lightning and resume only after 30 minutes without electrical activity.

  • In case of heavy rain, we assess field conditions and implement a contingency plan for practices and games.

  • We provide additional hydration stations and rest breaks according to ADA and USA Lacrosse recommendations.

  • We will communicate any cancellations via email and social media with at least 2 hours’ notice.
