Gear depends on your level: beginners in the Intro League only need a stick—no pads required—while players in the Advanced Sixes League must wear full lacrosse gear: : helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, elbow pads, mouthguard, cleats, and a stick.
At the moment our league is open to anyone that would like to play.
